Will my consignments be insured?
Yes. We provide FREE insurance cover for all items, up to the value of £20,000. For higher valued items, upon request, an additional fee can provide you with extended insurance cover up to the value of £250,000.
Can I request that my Lightning Logistics courier collects directly from my desk?
Yes. All our couriers carry sack-barrows, enabling them to carry your consignments directly from your requested location within your work place.
Can I request that my Lightning Logistics courier delivers directly to a recipient’s desk?
Yes. All our couriers carry sack-barrows, enabling easy transportation of your item[s], directly from our van to your requested recipient.
